Are there on-site accommodations!
Yes, the

Is there a dress code?
Yes! Fashion-forward and upscale. Think creative elegance and nature-inspired attire!

Are there vegan options?
With our sincerest apologies, we are unable to accommodate vegans. We will have vegetarian options.

Will I feel comfortable coming on my own?
Of course, honey! There will be plenty of conversation topics to explore. We also have a team of interactive performers who’s role is to help guests integrate into the space and get energized throughout the event.

Where is the venue, and what is it like?
The
Montague Retreat Center! A beautiful venue nestled in the hills of Montague, MA. The event will take place in the Great Hall, a beautifully renovated rustic barn space.

Who can apply for Financial Assistance?

Those seeking financial assistance will reach out directly to the Flora & Fromage team and share a bit about themselves and the work they do in service of community, art, culture and/or the natural world. What’s the music like?
We’ll start out with Jazz Fusion and then move into more upbeat electronic music to kick off the dance floor!

Will I be in photos online?
We will have a photographer on-site, so by registering for this event, you are consenting to having your photos posted online.

What is the schedule like?

You’ll receive an email a week or two before the event with all the details of our timeline. We’ll email this to the same email you registered with.

I can’t afford to buy a ticket but really want to join the fun! What should I do?
Reach out! This year we have created a “Pay it Forward” option for folks who are financially secure. This helps to create scholarships and work exchange opportunities to folks who don’t have the financial means for this event.

How many artists and team members are involved, and how does it affect pricing?
Last year’s event had a team of 35 creatives who came together to make this event as full and vibrant as it was. We are anticipating a similar amount this year!
