Coco Büstin-Garduno (Creative Director)
Coco is a floral artist with a Fine Arts background, passionate about creating immersive experiences that blend botanical art with social gathering. She directed Food & Form, a large-scale art and dining event for 90 guests featuring a collaborative floral installation using over 500 farm-fresh dahlias. She also led Flora & Fromage 2025, which brought together floral designers, visual artists, and 220+ guests. Coco’s work centers on showcasing the beauty of nature through interactive, art-driven events that bring people together.
Rusty Caldwell (Event Manager)
Rusty Caldwell is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ and Producer based in The Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts. Rusty has spent the better part of the last 20 years steeped in the flourishing and ever potent Greater New England grassroots art and music scene. Having served in a wide variety or roles and capacities over the years as performer, producer, promoter, vendor, artist in residence, and live painter, Rusty’s broad-spanning ambition is simple; to facilitate and fearlessly engage with life as art, and to encourage and spread this ethos with the world around him and beyond.
